Meet the Domus team
"Earning a good reputation for our company is a continuous process. This is a dynamic, spontaneous business and working well with people - clients and colleagues makes it very rewarding. We enjoy what we do."
Ainslie believes that homes are like relationships – everyone has a perfect match, whether they know it or not.
After 20 years in social services, Ainslie’s passion for matchmaking brought to her a career in real estate in 1997. Her background taught her that we all have unique needs, and that the little things can go a long way in satisfying them.
“Buying a home should be like falling in love – a happy, exciting and stress-free experience that lasts well beyond the honeymoon period. My goal is to find your perfect match and deliver extraordinary service from the day we meet until the day you close, and beyond.”
Ainslie is involved in the Realtor Assistance Program to support her fellow realtors in their own matchmaking. She has also served on the boards of Phoenix Youth Services, Ronald McDonald House and the Childhood Cancer Foundation.
“Ainslie knows that houses aren’t just bricks and mortar – she understands the emotional side of moving. She listened and recognized how important it was to find the right yard and the right feel in our new home. She knew we needed the perfect match and she found it.”
